Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users in connection with Tomato (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
The App is an entertainment game in which you press and pop tomatoes to collect score and juice. The operator may improve or change game features, content, and advertising presentation.
2. Your Responsibilities
You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not interfere with the App’s normal operation or modify, reverse engineer, copy, or distribute it without authorization. You may not use the App in a way that infringes the rights of the App or third parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Rights in the App’s software, graphics, sounds, trademarks, content, and components belong to the operator or lawful rights holders. You receive only a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The App may include ads provided through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. The content and transactions of advertisements or third-party services are governed by the applicable provider’s policies and terms. Except where required by law, the operator does not guarantee third-party services.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Unless caused by the operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for indirect, special, or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
6. Changes to These Terms
The operator may revise these Terms when necessary. Important changes will be announced in advance through the App or website. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes agreement to the changes.
