Tomato

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 17, 2026

Tomato (the “App”) values your privacy. This policy explains the information processed by the App and the website tomato.aipocket.ai, and why it is processed.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not directly collect or store on its own servers personally identifying information such as account details, names, email addresses, contact details, or location information. Game scores, juice progress, unlocked status, haptic settings, and ad-removal settings are stored only on your device.

We use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide advertising. The SDK may process device identifiers, IP addresses, ad interactions, and diagnostic information needed for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Its processing is governed by Google’s policies and your device and ad privacy settings.

2. How Information Is Used

Game information stored on your device is used only to retain your score and progress and to apply your haptic and ad settings. Information processed by the advertising SDK may be used for ad delivery, frequency capping, ad performance measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

3. Third Parties

For advertising features, the App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK provided by Google LLC and its affiliates. The App operator does not sell your game progress data to third parties or send it to a separate proprietary server.

4. Retention and Deletion

Game data stored on your device is deleted when you delete the App or remove its data in your device settings. The operator does not run a separate account or server database and therefore does not retain user profile data. Retention and deletion of information processed by the advertising SDK are governed by Google’s policies.

5. Your Choices

You can manage choices related to ad tracking and personalized advertising in your device settings. Where consent or a privacy choice screen is required by law, a relevant choice screen may be shown before ads are served. When you select the in-app ad-removal option, the App stops making ad requests.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not intentionally collect children’s personal information on its own. Advertising settings related to children are operated with consideration for the Google Mobile Ads SDK’s age-treatment features and applicable laws.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as features or laws change. If we do, we will update the effective date on this page. For privacy questions, contact privacy@aipocket.ai.
